Role Purpose:

Moneycorp have embarked on an ambitious and fundamental renewal of our global technology to support our global commercial teams. 

This position is for a D365 Senior Developer within our Revenue Operations team, with dotted reporting line to IT, and demands a confident individual who has experience in Dynamics 365 both functional and technical with sound power platform and azure knowledge and experience, including power automate, logic app and functions.

Role Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and implement solutions utilising Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service.
• Leverage Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse to create efficient business applications and workflows.
• Design and maintain C# applications adhering to Object-Oriented software development practices and SOLID principles.
• Design and Create Azure solutions, including Azure Logic Apps, Azure Function Apps, Azure Service Bus, and Azure API Management.
• The Revenue Operations team is the driving engine of our growth, supporting Sales, Marketing, Partnerships and wider stakeholders with data, business intelligence, technology, data and process that drive outsized results.

This role entails working with senior business stakeholders across commercial teams, product owners, and enterprise and solution architects to deliver comprehensive solutions to complex business issues and processes, with focus on our Customer Relationship Management technology roadmap: D365. 

Other activities will include, but are not limited to:

• The ability to provide guidance on the latest industry developments and product updates related to Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Guidance and knowledge of CRM Integrations, best practices, and DevOps capabilities.   

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE) solutions, ensuring alignment with business and technology strategies. 
• Strong understanding of Power Platform and Low Code capabilities, with a configure-first approach and the ability to define architectural patterns, standards, and best practices. 
• Extensive experience developing solution architectures across D365 CE, Dataverse, Power Platform, Azure, and integrated enterprise applications. 
• Proficient in Azure DevOps, Solution Lifecycle Management (ALM), and establishing CI/CD frameworks to support secure and scalable delivery. 
• Demonstrable experience defining and enforcing architecture principles relating to security, scalability, resilience, performance, and maintainability. 
• Experience leading technical design authority reviews, architecture governance, and providing technical leadership across multiple delivery teams. 
• Proven ability to design and oversee integrations between Dynamics 365, Microsoft Azure services, third-party applications, and enterprise platforms. 
• Prior experience within the financial services industry, with an understanding of regulatory, security, and compliance requirements. 
• Extensive experience working on complex transformation programmes as a D365 Solution Architect or Technical Architect. 
• Strong experience in business process analysis, process mapping, and translating business requirements into scalable solution designs. 
• Demonstrable experience managing senior business and technology stakeholders, influencing architectural decisions, and driving consensus. 
• Deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse, Power Platform, Microsoft Azure, and integration architecture patterns. 
• Comprehensive understanding of project delivery lifecycles, including Agile, DevOps, governance, solution assurance, and release management. 
• Experience mentoring development teams, conducting solution reviews, and ensuring adherence to enterprise architecture standards and Microsoft best practices. 

Skills:

• 10+ years of experience with D365 CRM, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. 
• Expertise in the Power Platform and core D365 CE applications such as Sales and Service. 
• 10+ years of experience in C# development, unit testing, and Azure functions and Logic Apps. 

Education:

• Relevant degree desirable, or equivalent competencies in college.
